It depends on the size of the home. Typically you'll receive 15-30 images. However, we will deliver all photos that best showcase your listing. There is no additional charge for more photos.

Yes. Photo shoots that are more than 20 miles from San Jacinto will incur a $20 destination fee.

Payment will be done via Venmo or Zelle. Payment to be remitted once photos are complete.

Yes. Drone photography is included. Typically you'll receive 3-5 areal photos.

We use the FLAMBIENT technique. This is a blend of a flashed image with an ambient image. This ensures the most accurate color and is best for interior photography.

Delivery time is 48 hours from shoot. Flambient takes longer to edit.

You need to schedule your shoot two days in advance.

You can choose to have your pictures delivered in JPEG or PNG. Two sets of pictures will be delivered. One will be much larger for print. Smaller ones will be used for MLS.

Photos will be delivered via Google Drive. You have to have a Gmail account to access photos.
